Senior Paralegal

Keller Postman is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our Coral Gables, Florida office. This role involves supporting our litigation team in representing clients across various complex legal matters at both trial and appellate levels. The Senior Paralegal will play a pivotal role in managing case assignments and mentoring junior legal staff.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and assigning tasks to paralegals and legal assistants within assigned practice areas, administratively managing all phases of litigation—including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and appellate procedures—and overseeing all aspects of trials and hearings. The role also involves preparing and organizing legal documents, conducting factual and legal research, and maintaining case files and calendars.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in litigation. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a thorough understanding of litigation procedures are essential. Experience mentoring junior staff and familiarity with systems such as CM/ECF, PACER, Bluebook, and Westlaw are highly desirable. An ABA-approved Paralegal certificate is preferred.

This full-time position offers a compensation range of $55 to $70 per hour, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits. The role is based in our Coral Gables office, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in client advocacy.
