Lead Client Communications Strategist
The Lead Client Communications Strategist at Keller Postman will be an integral part of the Litigation Operations (LitOps) team, focusing on developing and executing multi-channel client communication initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing client engagement and facilitating case progression within the firm's mass litigation campaigns.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with attorneys and internal teams to devise outreach strategies that drive case work-up and improve client engagement. The strategist will craft clear, persuasive messaging to educate clients on the importance of their participation in the case development lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves creating and managing both automated and manual outreach campaigns designed to boost client responsiveness and reduce drop-off rates, as well as segmenting audiences to personalize communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have a minimum of five years of experience in a communications or operations role. Essential skills include exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, strong project management and organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and experience with A/B testing and optimization. The ability to think strategically, collaborate across functional teams, and balance a creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail is also crucial.
Compensation for this full-time, on-site position in Washington, D.C., ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The role is also eligible for a discretionary performance-based annual bonus and benefits package.
