2027 Summer Associate

Keller Postman is seeking applications from rising 2L students for our 2027 Summer Associate Program. As a Summer Associate, you will engage in substantive legal assignments, collaborate with our attorneys and staff, and gain insight into the innovative work we undertake. Positions are available in our Chicago and Washington, D.C. offices.

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in case strategy discussions. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases, contributing meaningfully to our clients' pursuits of justice.

Applicants should be current law students entering their second year (2L) with a strong interest in plaintiffs' work. Excellent research and writing skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to excellence, are essential. Prior experience in litigation or related fields is advantageous but not required.

The program spans eight to ten consecutive weeks, typically from late May or early June to early or mid-August. Compensation is bi-weekly, based on an annual salary of $175,000. Summer Associates are expected to commit to the full duration of the program.
