(Senior) People & Culture Business Partner (f/m/d)
Awin is seeking a (Senior) People & Culture Business Partner to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team, which comprises approximately 30 professionals worldwide. This role is pivotal in supporting our Global Finance and Managed Services teams across DACH, Poland, and Sweden. The position is based in Iași, Romania, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office. This is a fixed-term contract spanning approximately 17 months, from July 2026 to February 2028, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, you will proactively drive the delivery of the People & Culture strategy within your assigned business areas. Key responsibilities include providing guidance and coaching on policies, processes, and labor laws to managers, ensuring they are equipped to handle employee relations matters effectively. You will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, such as disciplinaries, exits, and sick leave cases, while building strong relationships with business areas to deliver optimal solutions for both Awin and its employees. Additionally, you will challenge and influence managers on various P&C topics, including capability and workforce planning, compensation strategy, talent management, organizational design, and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of HR Business Partner experience, with essential experience in Romanian organizations and desirable experience in Germany and/or Poland. You should possess expertise in supporting managers with workforce planning, retention, development, performance management, and compensation management. A strong understanding of relevant employment laws and experience handling multiple complex employee relations cases are crucial. Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, along with strong communication, mediation, and facilitation abilities, are essential. Additionally, you should have project management experience, the ability to navigate change, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
