Senior People Partner
The Senior People Partner at Lightning AI will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and complex people challenges. This role involves direct ownership of high-impact situations and the development of systems to support scalable growth.
Key responsibilities include partnering with leaders to make informed decisions on team structure, leveling, promotions, and compensation. The role also entails managing complex employee relations and performance issues, coaching leaders through performance management, role transitions, and exits. Additionally, the Senior People Partner will enhance managerial capabilities, improve feedback mechanisms, and collaborate with the Talent team to strengthen hiring practices.
Candidates should have over eight years of experience in People Partnering or HR Business Partner roles, with a proven track record of influencing senior technical leaders on organizational design and talent decisions. Strong judgment in employee relations, experience in compensation and promotions within technical environments, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous settings are essential. Experience supporting globally distributed teams and exposure to international employment models are also required.
