ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly operational and people-focused Senior People Partner to help scale manager effectiveness, organizational health, and performance infrastructure at Solace.

This person will own and operationalize many of the highest-leverage People programs across the company, including performance management, employee relations, manager coaching, organizational design support, onboarding strategy, and workforce planning.
