Senior Policy Counsel, Voting Rights

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is seeking a Senior Policy Counsel, Voting Rights, to advance voting rights policies aimed at achieving a multiracial democracy. This role involves advocating for measures that protect and expand the fundamental right to vote, focusing on preventing discrimination, ensuring equal access to the ballot, and safeguarding constitutional and statutory voting protections. The Senior Policy Counsel will build strong relationships with policymakers and their staff, analyze and draft legislation, develop policy recommendations, and collaborate with coalition partners to mobilize public support for SPLC's voting rights priorities.
