Senior Product Analyst, Strategy and Insights
tl;dr - We’re looking for a product-minded data analyst to work closely with the PM team and support product decisions to optimize user experiences and drive better business outcomes. You will bring your analytical expertise to our rich dataset of 5M+ active users to identify new product opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
About this role
In this role, you will be part of the Product team and work closely with our 5 amazing product managers to help equip them with the data insights they need to make critical business bets. The hiring manager is Karishma Irani and you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the VP of Product to define and execute on Scribe's data strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and delivering it through data initiatives.
- Partnering closely with our Data Engineering, Revenue Ops, and Finance teams to leverage their help to paint a holistic picture for customer impact.
- Develop and implement North Star metrics by creating scalable datasets and dynamic dashboards, delivering timely, actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Measuring the impact of every new feature before, during, and after development to ensure everything we ship positively impacts our business metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on product health and usage using funnel analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical modeling to uncover insights and drive growth.
- Help build the foundation for a high-performing data analytics team by mentoring future analysts and fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation and continuous learning.
