Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at fal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our generative media ecosystem. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-velocity startup environment, contributing to the development of AI-powered products that are transforming industries.

Your primary responsibilities will include owning end-to-end product design for features, encompassing problem framing, user flows, UI design, and ensuring quality through to launch and iteration. You will design across both web and dedicated mobile experiences, creating intuitive interfaces that adhere to mobile UI patterns and navigation paradigms. Additionally, you will help build and maintain the design system, including components, tokens, patterns, and documentation, driving adoption with engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong product UI and visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing shipped work. Experience in designing both web and mobile product experiences is essential, along with solid design systems expertise. Proficiency in rapid prototyping using modern tools, a proactive approach to user research and testing, and strong cross-functional communication skills are also required.

Compensation for this role ranges from $180,000 to $230,000, complemented by equity and a comprehensive benefits package. We offer visa sponsorship and assistance with relocation to San Francisco, along with health, dental, and vision insurance.
