Senior Product Designer - Flights (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

As a Senior Product Designer at Agoda, you will lead the design of intuitive and engaging experiences for our Flights product, focusing on end-to-end user journeys. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform the way users search for, book, and manage flights, ensuring seamless interactions that set industry benchmarks for usability and innovation.

Your primary responsibilities include developing design solutions that address both business objectives and customer needs, managing and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of features, testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback, and presenting your work to peers and leadership. Additionally, you will participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, and team meetings, document your design process, and champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across our expanding suite of products and features.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products, with in-house experience highly preferred. You should be highly experienced in UI design, possess deep knowledge of design patterns, and have a creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces. Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including conducting user interviews and synthesizing findings into actionable insights, is essential. Strong communication skills are required to articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines. A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design is also necessary.
