Senior Product Manager – AI
WebChart is seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI to lead the integration and scaling of artificial intelligence capabilities across its MIE and Enterprise Health product portfolio. This role involves collaborating with domain product leads, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance workflows, automation, and decision support in areas such as occupational health operations, employer coordination, clinical workflows, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product strategy background, experience in delivering AI-enabled software, and the ability to translate emerging AI technologies into practical enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities include identifying high-impact AI use cases aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities, leading structured discovery processes with customers and technical teams, and defining product vision and roadmaps for AI initiatives. The role also involves developing reusable AI capabilities across multiple product domains, partnering with engineering to design scalable AI architectures, and supporting the development of AI-driven tools such as LLM-driven copilots and intelligent workflow assistance. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager – AI will define commercialization strategies for AI-powered capabilities, drive alignment across product, engineering, and customer success teams, and establish key performance indicators to measure the impact of AI features.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience in SaaS product leadership and AI-driven solutions. A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software is required, with demonstrated experience in shipping AI/ML-powered features into production environments. Strong product discovery and problem-framing capabilities, the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value, and excellent stakeholder alignment and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with modern AI product development, including LLMs, AI copilots, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows, is also important.
