Senior Product Manager
Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Clarity seizure algorithm portfolio. This role is integral to our mission of transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through innovative medical technology solutions.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet clinical needs, translating these needs into product and algorithm requirements, and serving as the Voice of Customer by building relationships with neurology Key Opinion Leaders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Clinical, and Regulatory, is essential to design and develop algorithm products. Additionally, the role involves partnering with commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies and support product positioning and launch plans.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, with an advanced degree (PhD or MD) preferred. A strong technical or clinical background in EEG signal processing, biomedical signal processing, or algorithm development is required, along with proven experience managing algorithm or software product development lifecycles. At least 2 years of product management or business analytics experience is preferred. The role also requires the ability to independently conduct product research, strong analytical skills, excellent executive communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
Compensation for this position varies based on location. For the San Francisco Bay Area, the salary range is $178,000 to $196,000 per year. For other locations, the range is $150,000 to $164,000 per year.
