Senior Product Manager, Commerce
Midi Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our commerce infrastructure and operational systems. This role is pivotal in integrating our physical operations with our digital platform, ensuring a seamless patient experience as we expand our product offerings. The successful candidate will be the primary product lead for the "Store Product" vertical, focusing on functionality, technical integrations, and internal tools that drive Midi's commerce engine.
Key responsibilities include designing and building internal systems and automation to enable our operations and clinical teams to manage increasing volumes efficiently. The role involves leading technical integrations with pharmacy and fulfillment partners to ensure real-time data accuracy and a frictionless delivery experience. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will manage the rollout of new commerce functionalities, such as advanced payment systems and sophisticated recurring order management, to support a rapidly diversifying product portfolio. Collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Clinical, and Marketing teams is essential to align the technical roadmap with business growth and clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of professional experience in e-commerce, specifically within Product Management or a deeply technical operational role. A proven track record in managing digital store operations, including payments, SKU management, and fulfillment logistics, is required. Experience in building or optimizing internal tools and systems to scale operations efficiently is essential. The candidate should possess significant experience managing complex API integrations and working closely with engineering teams on system architecture. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is preferred, along with a strong understanding of how commerce UI/UX impacts customer retention and lifetime value. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a high-agency problem-solving mindset are crucial.
