As a Senior Product Manager for the Customer Management Platform at Mindbody, you will lead the development and evolution of a critical component within Playlist's platform. This role focuses on enabling wellness businesses to effectively track and manage their consumers' journeys from initial prospecting to becoming active members. Your contributions will directly enhance the capabilities of numerous small businesses worldwide, empowering them to acquire new customers and deliver exceptional wellness experiences.

In this strategic position, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders across CRM and Core Software teams to understand and facilitate customer lifecycle management processes. Your responsibilities include synthesizing these requirements into a cohesive platform design and guiding your engineering team to build a scalable solution that addresses both current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities encompass developing a comprehensive product vision for the Contacts Platform, defining and promoting a multi-year development roadmap, and prioritizing features based on return on investment. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and evaluation to delivery, ensuring that solutions are scalable, observable, and maintainable. Additionally, you will coordinate with multiple squads to map out migration paths and drive the adoption of the Contact Lifecycle platform across the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses 4–6 years of comprehensive product management experience, with a proven track record in building and scaling B2B or enterprise-grade platforms that address complex customer needs. Strong technical acumen is essential, enabling you to break down intricate challenges and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as is the ability to lead engineering squads and work within a technical organization to foster alignment and accountability across time zones. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Snowflake/EDW, Excel, and SQL is also required to drive data-informed decisions.

Mindbody offers a competitive base salary range of $155,000 to $185,000, with the total compensation package potentially including performance bonuses, benefits, and other applicable incentive plans.
