Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment (Remote)

As a Senior Product Manager for Fulfillment at ezCater, you will lead the development of tools and reporting systems that enable restaurant partners to efficiently fulfill orders, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, user experience design, and research teams to integrate ezCater's solutions into partners' existing operations.

Key responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for the fulfillment platform, providing partners with necessary data and tools, developing internal support tools, and leveraging machine learning and AI to optimize processes and identify at-risk orders. You will also lead cross-functional product initiatives, continuously seek areas for innovation, and monitor success metrics.

The ideal candidate has over five years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace environments, with a focus on logistics and operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach to innovation, and excellent collaboration abilities are essential. The role requires quarterly travel to Boston for planning and business reviews.

Compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from $161,000 to $213,000 annually, stock options, flexible paid time off, 12 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, health and dental benefits, long-term disability insurance, and mental health and family planning resources.
