Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst (Remote)
The Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst is a pivotal member of the Sales Operations team at ezCater, a leading food tech platform for workplaces in the US. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insightful analysis in sales reporting across various teams and internal systems. The position combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales key performance indicators (KPIs), territory and account design, and sales compensation structures.
Key responsibilities include analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights to Sales, Finance, and leadership teams. The analyst will design, build, and maintain sales dashboards and reports for representatives, managers, and executives, covering metrics such as bookings, pipeline, attainment, and productivity. Additionally, the role involves managing account and territory assignments, supporting annual and in-year sales planning, and collaborating with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Analytics teams to develop data models and commission-related datasets.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or related fields. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, particularly Salesforce, and experience with business intelligence tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also required. Experience working closely with FP&A, Analytics, and Data teams on shared models and financial reporting is strongly preferred.
The compensation for this position includes a base salary and bonus target, with a total target cash compensation range of $103,000 to $145,000 annually.
