Senior Product Manager (IT Risk)
As a Senior Product Manager for IT & Cyber Risk at Diligent Corporation, you will lead the strategic direction of one of the company's most critical and rapidly expanding product areas. This role involves defining how artificial intelligence reshapes the identification, assessment, and management of IT and cyber risks. You will own the product vision and roadmap for IT & Cyber Risk on the Diligent One Platform, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and senior leadership to develop products that provide clarity to CISOs, risk managers, and boards.
Your primary responsibilities include defining and championing a multi-year product strategy aligned with Diligent's platform vision and company objectives. This entails conducting in-depth market intelligence to monitor competitor activities, emerging cyber regulations, and technology trends to inform the product roadmap. You will also build and present compelling business cases to senior leadership and the executive team.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-native features that automate risk identification, prioritization, and reporting for enterprise clients. Collaborating with data science and engineering teams, you will define how large language models and AI agents can enhance cyber risk workflows. Additionally, you will define and track AI product performance metrics to ensure features deliver measurable business and user outcomes, while staying abreast of AI advancements relevant to governance, risk, and compliance.
The position requires a minimum of seven years in product management, with significant experience in SaaS products. Deep domain knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security is essential, along with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps. Experience in governance, risk, and compliance environments is highly desirable. Technical acumen in AI-powered product features, including familiarity with large language models and machine learning, is also required.
