Senior Product Manager (IT Risk)

As a Senior Product Manager for IT & Cyber Risk at Diligent Corporation, you will lead the strategic direction of one of the company's most critical and rapidly expanding product areas. This role involves defining how artificial intelligence reshapes the identification, assessment, and management of IT and cyber risks, providing clarity to CISOs, risk managers, and boards when it matters most.

Your primary responsibilities include developing and championing a multi-year product strategy aligned with Diligent's platform vision and company objectives. You will lead the design and delivery of AI-native features that automate risk identification, prioritization, and reporting for enterprise clients. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and senior leadership, you will ensure the successful integration of AI models into the Diligent One Platform.

The ideal candidate possesses over seven years of product management experience, with significant exposure to SaaS products in recent years. Deep domain knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering complex B2B product roadmaps end-to-end. Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) environments is highly desirable.
