Senior Product Manager (IT Risk)
As a Senior Product Manager for IT & Cyber Risk at Diligent Corporation, you will lead the strategic direction of one of the company's most critical and rapidly expanding product areas. This role involves defining how artificial intelligence reshapes the identification, assessment, and management of IT and cyber risks. You will be instrumental in developing products that provide Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), risk managers, and boards with the clarity needed to make informed decisions.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining and championing a multi-year product strategy aligned with Diligent's platform vision and company objectives. You will develop deep market intelligence by tracking competitor movements, emerging cyber regulations, and technology trends to inform the product roadmap. Additionally, you will build and present compelling product business cases to senior leadership and the executive team.
The role requires leading the design and delivery of AI-native features that automate risk identification, prioritization, and reporting for enterprise clients. Collaboration with data science and engineering teams is essential to define how large language models and AI agents can enhance cyber risk workflows. You will also define and monitor product performance metrics to ensure features deliver measurable business and user outcomes.
To be successful in this position, you should have over seven years of experience in product management, with significant SaaS experience in recent years. Deep domain knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security is essential, along with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps end-to-end. Experience working in or alongside governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), compliance, or enterprise risk environments is highly desirable.
