Senior Product Marketing Manager, Upmarket
GlossGenius is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for larger service businesses in the beauty, wellness, health, and fitness sectors. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure effective messaging across various channels.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that resonate with multi-location service businesses. Key duties include conducting market research, defining success metrics, and shaping product roadmap decisions based on customer insights. The role requires a data-driven approach to align marketing, sales, product, and creative teams effectively.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in product marketing within B2B software or fintech industries. A proven track record in expanding into larger customer segments and a deep understanding of sales enablement and competitive positioning are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear messaging, are also required.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000, plus equity and benefits.
