Senior Production Partnerships Manager

The Senior Production Partnerships Manager at Point Digital Finance, Inc. is a pivotal role within the Customer Operations Support team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through strategic partnerships. In this role, the manager will execute and continuously optimize partnership strategies across title, appraisal, data, and credit functions. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day relationships with existing vendors and prospective partners, ensuring consistent service quality, and leading initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, the manager will monitor and report on partner performance against established KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in business operations, product strategy, product management, strategy or management consulting, or general management. A proven track record of driving business growth through rapid, iterative improvement is essential. Experience in fintech, insurance, financial services, and/or real estate is preferred, along with strong data analysis skills and exceptional negotiation abilities.
