Senior Programmatic Manager (Mensch)
The Senior Programmatic Manager at WPP Media is responsible for both the strategic development and operational execution of programmatic activities for clients. This role involves analyzing campaign results, deriving optimization measures, and ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of live campaigns within various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). The position is based in Frankfurt, Germany, and offers flexible working hours with remote work options.
Key responsibilities include regularly analyzing campaign outcomes to implement appropriate optimization strategies, maintaining oversight of ongoing campaigns to ensure accurate setup and continuous enhancement, and assisting in selecting suitable target audiences, technologies, and inventories for programmatic buying. The role also emphasizes close collaboration with specialist teams and external partners in an international environment.
Candidates should possess a university degree with a focus on Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable field, along with more than 1-2 years of professional experience in online marketing. A strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including DSPs, data inventories, and verification technologies, is essential. Proficiency in both German and English is required, as well as the ability to structure and present complex information clearly using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
