Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Verra Mobility is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, developing automated test scripts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, setting up automation test environments across multiple platforms, and translating manual regression test cases into automated scripts. The role also involves identifying potential issues, providing recommendations for application improvements, and ensuring that testing activities align with business requirements and system goals.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 8-10 years in a software quality assurance role. Essential qualifications include strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes; hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress; proficiency in API and backend testing; and a solid understanding of SQL or PL/SQL and relational database concepts. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and excellent communication skills are also required. Familiarity with cloud technologies is considered a plus.
