Senior Recruiter

OneTrust, a leading provider of AI-Ready Governance solutions, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is pivotal in attracting and hiring top talent across various business units, ensuring the company's growth and success.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse positions, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at each stage. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, supporting hiring managers with interview training, and representing OneTrust at university recruiting events. Additionally, you will act as an ambassador for the company's values and career growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and over five years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in recruiting across Go-To-Market and General & Administrative functions. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse and GEM, and a background in SaaS recruiting are highly desirable.

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $88,875 to $133,312.50 USD, with additional benefits such as comprehensive healthcare coverage, flexible paid time off, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), annual performance bonuses, retirement account support, and over 14 weeks of paid parental leave.
