As a Senior Sales Engineer at Recorded Future, you will collaborate closely with our LATAM region account teams to support enterprise customers and prospects in addressing their most pressing cybersecurity challenges. In this role, you will lead complex pilot engagements and guide the transition to successful onboarding of tailored solutions, ensuring strong outcomes and long-term customer success. The position requires a blend of cybersecurity expertise, technical engineering skills, analytical thinking, and strategic business acumen.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating new ideas, presentations, and technical approaches, engaging directly with prospective clients to understand requirements, fielding technical questions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. You will plan and execute product proof of value engagements, develop and deliver sample use cases and analytical demo scenarios, and document and maintain the technical sales process to ensure clarity and consistency across the team. Additionally, you will triage and resolve key analytical, technical, and operational challenges, drive user adoption across diverse use cases and customer environments, and lead interactive, technical workshops to showcase product value.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead both technical and sales calls independently within 45–60 days and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Engineer or Intelligence Analyst/Officer. A proven track record of success in a pre-sales role at a cybersecurity or threat intelligence organization is essential. Deep expertise in cybersecurity or threat intelligence is required, with hands-on or operational experience in at least one of the following areas: SOC/SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response/Red Team, Threat Hunting/Threat Research, OSINT or All-Source Intelligence, or Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI). Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and executive audiences are necessary, along with a willingness to travel up to 30% under non-pandemic conditions. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CISM are preferred but not required.
