Senior Sales Engineer (HealthTech)
The Senior Sales Engineer at Komodo Health plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced healthcare data solutions and the strategic objectives of our clients. As a key member of the Sales Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams to deliver technical expertise that drives enterprise-level solutions. In this role, you will lead complex technical engagements, acting as the primary subject matter expert for both internal teams and high-profile clients. Your responsibilities include guiding the design and implementation of solutions that leverage advanced data, machine learning, and AI technologies. By championing technical innovation and best practices, you will directly influence revenue outcomes and expand the utilization of our data assets in healthcare analytics.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar technical client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on healthcare technology and data services. Essential qualifications include deep expertise in healthcare claims data, proficiency with APIs and cloud-based architectures, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. A collaborative mindset and experience in designing bespoke technical demonstrations are also critical for success in this position.
Komodo Health offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual base salary ranging from $133,000 to $208,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and opportunities for equity awards. This role is also eligible for commissions in accordance with a written agreement or plan.
