Senior Salesforce Administrator
The Senior Salesforce Administrator at Focus Financial Partners will lead end-user support and Salesforce administration, providing operational leadership across the administrative function while supporting enterprise CRM initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality user support, consistent administrative execution, and effective delivery of Salesforce projects in collaboration with Architects and Developers.
Key responsibilities include serving as a senior member of the Salesforce Helpdesk, acting as the primary escalation point for complex user issues, and ensuring timely triage and resolution. The administrator will manage Salesforce user administration, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls, ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements. Additionally, the role involves identifying and resolving system issues, supporting Salesforce DevOps and change management processes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with over six years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including automation and solution support. Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder are highly desirable. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
