Senior Salesforce Developer
The Senior Salesforce Developer at Focus Financial Partners is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions that support key business processes. Reporting to the Head of CRM, this role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's Salesforce capabilities by delivering high-quality technical solutions. The position is based in St. Louis, MO, or Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week onsite.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Salesforce Architects, Analysts, and Stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, translating them into technical solutions. The developer will design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and integration solutions, focusing on process and end-user experience optimization. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining system integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications, ensuring data integrity, platform security, and system performance through effective development practices.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with over 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Required certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I & II. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs is essential. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio is also required. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, trigger factories, and middleware solutions, along with experience in enterprise-class organizations and bulk transactions.
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000 and $145,000. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package, which may also include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
