The Senior Security & Compliance Analyst at Bloomreach is a pivotal member of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, responsible for analyzing and resolving compliance issues while supporting engineering and sales teams to meet diverse customer requirements. Key responsibilities include performing periodic audits on company procedures and processes, identifying and resolving compliance issues, supporting the sales process by completing RFPs, ensuring policies and standards are regularly reviewed and updated, maintaining process mappings and responsibility structures, developing compliance policies and documentation, staying current with regulations, communicating regulations to internal and external parties, assisting with management review preparations, and engaging with clients across various regions.
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards, a good understanding of SaaS business models, and expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance within IT environments. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with previous experience in roles such as compliance analyst, compliance officer, or compliance manager. Advanced analytical and research skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and experience with ISO security standards and SOC auditing are also required.
