Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML
As a Senior Software Engineer at Conga, you will be a key member of the AI/ML team, responsible for developing scalable and innovative AI solutions. In this position, you will design, develop, and deploy AI and generative AI-based products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include writing maintainable code, ensuring high-quality, production-ready applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of professional software development experience, including 3 years focused on AI/ML or generative AI. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and KubeFlow is essential. A strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, generative models, large language models (LLMs), cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure, and modern DevOps practices is also required. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is necessary.
