CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Artifact Management team, responsible for building and operating a large-scale distributed system that stores, serves, and updates artifacts at massive scale. This role offers the opportunity to design high-performance, storage-efficient systems that power critical development workflows within a company at the forefront of AI cloud infrastructure.

In this position, you will design and implement distributed storage and caching solutions for artifacts, develop APIs and services for artifact publishing, retrieval, and version management, and optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across multi-region deployments. Collaboration with build, release, and infrastructure teams is essential to ensure seamless integration into developer workflows. Additionally, you will drive observability, automation, and resilience in a high-traffic production environment by creating dashboards, metrics, and alerts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with over 4 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering. Proficiency in Go as the primary programming language is required, along with experience operating services in production at scale. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and a strong understanding of system design, scalability, and efficiency are also necessary. Experience with Artifactory or Cloudsmith is a plus.

CoreWeave offers a competitive base salary ranging from $139,000 to $204,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid by the company, company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), mental wellness benefits, family-forming support, paid parental leave, flexible childcare support, a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match, flexible PTO, and daily catered lunches in office and data center locations.

At CoreWeave, the work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, emphasizing curiosity, ownership, employee empowerment, and delivering best-in-class client experiences. The company fosters an entrepreneurial outlook and independent thinking, encouraging collaboration and the development of innovative solutions to complex problems. With ongoing growth opportunities, employees are surrounded by top industry talent, providing a stimulating environment for professional development.
