Senior Software Engineer, Dev Ops
Conga is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in DevOps to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to enhancing our cloud infrastructure and delivery capabilities, directly impacting the efficiency and reliability of our revenue lifecycle management solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to establish and advance modern Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines that automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes. You will partner with engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices across the software development lifecycle and champion automation-first approaches that reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency. Additionally, you will design and support highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments, develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation, and optimize platform performance, cost efficiency, and operational resilience across production and non-production environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, a strong background in cloud infrastructure, and proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential, along with a solid understanding of security best practices, including encryption, access controls, network security, and vulnerability management. A proven track record in implementing solutions that support fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and business continuity objectives is also required.
