As a Senior Software Engineer at Conga, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to developing scalable, reliable, and innovative AI and Generative AI solutions. This role involves contributing to high-priority projects, ensuring the production of maintainable code, and delivering high-quality, production-ready applications. You will operate with a high degree of technical expertise, engage in strategic thinking, collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and mentor others to uphold a high technical standard.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and optimizing complex software applications and systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will lead the end-to-end development of generative AI solutions, from data collection and model training to deployment and optimization. Additionally, you will experiment with cutting-edge generative AI techniques to enhance product capabilities and performance, while taking ownership of architecture and technical decisions for AI/ML projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of professional software development experience, including a minimum of 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI. A proven track record of developing and deploying scalable, production-grade AI solutions is essential. Technical expertise should include proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and KubeFlow. Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, generative models, and large language models (LLMs) is required, along with proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure, and modern DevOps practices. A strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL) is also necessary. A bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field is required.
Conga offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $133,540 to $213,660 USD, along with variable incentive pay.
