Senior Solutions Consultant (Design)
As a Senior Solutions Consultant (Design) at Canva, you will collaborate with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives across North America to identify customer needs and develop enterprise solutions that resonate with design, brand, and marketing teams. This role involves bringing creative workflows to life, including brand governance, template systems, collaboration, and AI-assisted creation, to help customers scale their content creation processes.
Key responsibilities include leading high-impact discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their creative workflows and challenges, designing and delivering tailored Canva demonstrations for brand, design, and marketing stakeholders, advising on brand governance, template systems, approval workflows, and scalable self-serve creation, creating reusable playbooks, enablement content, and solution guides to scale impact across the Americas, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Technical Pre-Sales teams to support the full customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, consulting, enterprise onboarding, or creative operations, a background in graphic design, brand design, or creative operations with an understanding of how brand and marketing teams operate, confidence in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and strong visual storytelling abilities with a keen eye for design in customer interactions.
