Operations Business Partner (12 months FTC)
Canva is seeking an Operations Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support its Infrastructure team, a 265-person group comprising engineers, product managers, and designers. This role is pivotal in enhancing team delivery, connectivity, and scalability by ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing goal-setting processes, streamlining organizational workflows, organizing large-scale events and team rituals, translating feedback into actionable improvements, overseeing special projects, developing performance dashboards, and exploring AI and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in operations, program, or project management, preferably within a tech environment. They should be based in Sydney with flexibility for in-office work as needed. Experience in managing special projects related to budgeting, risk management, and large-scale event planning is essential. A passion for fostering team culture, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also required.
