Senior Solutions Engineer
Neo4j is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team, focusing on delivering advanced graph database solutions to a diverse clientele. As a pivotal member of the Sales Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with sales professionals to demonstrate the value of Neo4j's graph data platform, addressing complex data challenges across various industries. In this position, you will be responsible for articulating the business and technical advantages of Neo4j to both prospective and existing clients. Your day-to-day activities will include leading the technology evaluation phase of sales cycles, conducting technical discovery sessions, delivering presentations, and providing platform demonstrations. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement solution architectures, integrating Neo4j with their existing systems, whether in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise setups.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant, preferably within high-growth, scaling environments. A strong background in enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture is essential. Proficiency with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, along with experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#), is required. Familiarity with graph data technologies, particularly Neo4j, is highly advantageous.
Compensation for this role includes an annual salary ranging from $200,000 to $265,000, complemented by stock option grants and annual bonuses. Employees are also eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
