Senior Solutions Engineer - Singapore
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Neo4j, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by articulating business value, crafting solutions tailored to customer needs, and accelerating enterprise adoption. This position involves deep technical and business discovery, supporting the sales process through value-based selling, and collaborating with key partners, including hyperscalers and strategic ISVs, to drive joint go-to-market initiatives. The role is based in Singapore, with opportunities to support customers and partners across the APAC region, including Korea.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and success criteria, ensuring solutions align with business objectives. You will drive value-based selling by clearly articulating Neo4j's unique differentiators and ROI to both technical and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will own the pre-sales engagement process, delivering impactful presentations, live demonstrations, and competitive positioning. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will support deal qualification, opportunity progression, and conversion strategies, while ensuring a smooth handoff to Professional Services for successful implementation.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in pre-sales, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Experience working with partners, including hyperscalers, ISVs, and system integrators, is essential. Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure technologies is expected. Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary, with the ability to engage technical teams, C-level executives, and partner organizations. Fluency in Korean is a plus, particularly for supporting customers and partners in the Korea market.
