Senior Solutions Engineer - Public Sector (Delhi Based)
Neo4j is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive growth in India's Public Sector, focusing on government ministries, public sector undertakings, defense, smart cities, law enforcement, and other strategic agencies. Based in Delhi, this role involves collaborating with Enterprise Account Executives, customers, and ecosystem partners to articulate business value, design technical solutions, and promote the adoption of graph technology in complex, mission-critical initiatives.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary technical advisor for Public Sector opportunities across India, engaging with senior government stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives, supporting complex RFPs and tenders, and developing solution architectures that meet government requirements for security, scalability, compliance, and data sovereignty. The role also involves building strong relationships with leading Public Sector-focused system integrators and consulting partners, collaborating with hyperscaler Public Sector teams to identify and execute joint opportunities, and supporting partner enablement activities focused on government use cases and solution offerings.
Candidates should have experience supporting Public Sector, Government, Defense, Homeland Security, Smart Cities, or regulated industry customers, a strong understanding of government procurement processes and large-scale digital transformation initiatives, experience working with major System Integrators supporting Public Sector accounts, and the ability to engage credibly with both technical practitioners and senior government decision-makers.
Preferred location is Delhi NCR, India, due to the concentration of key government ministries, public sector agencies, defense organizations, and strategic partners in the region. Regular travel within India may be required to support customer and partner engagements.
