Sr. Enterprise Account Executive
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Neo4j, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales initiatives targeting enterprise-level clients. This position is integral to our sales team, focusing on revenue growth and new customer acquisition within your assigned territory. Neo4j is a leader in graph database and analytics, empowering organizations to uncover hidden patterns and relationships across vast data connections.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a strategic territory plan aimed at key organizations and applicable use cases. You will manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, consistently securing new clients and expanding within existing accounts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as solution engineering, marketing, and professional services, you will ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of proven success in enterprise software sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets. Experience managing complex sales processes within enterprise markets like data warehousing, business intelligence, data science, or AI/ML is essential. Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs and IT leaders.
Neo4j offers a competitive compensation package, with annual on-target earnings ranging from $220,000 to $320,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for stock option grants and may participate in standard benefit programs, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
