Senior Staff Product Manager
OneTrust is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the development of our AI platform, which powers agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows across our product portfolio. This role reports directly to the VP of Product and is responsible for both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of shared AI systems, including tools, MCP servers, memory, orchestration, reasoning, governance, and evaluation services.
Key responsibilities include defining the AI platform strategy by setting a multi-year vision and investment roadmap, establishing reusable AI product systems, shaping the agent portfolio strategy in collaboration with product and solution leaders, and setting organizational standards for agent quality and trust. The role also involves driving product leverage across the organization by creating abstractions and patterns that enable multiple teams to ship agents faster with higher consistency, translating executive AI strategy into actionable plans, owning ecosystem-level success metrics, and coaching product leaders on AI platform patterns.
The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in AI, platform, infrastructure, or highly technical SaaS environments. They should possess deep experience owning platform roadmaps, PRDs, schemas, APIs, and reusable capability systems that scale across multiple products. Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, UX, Architecture, and GTM teams are essential, along with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple teams around shared platform investments and customer outcomes. Experience with agent systems, MCP servers, orchestration frameworks, tools ecosystems, or AI workflow platforms is strongly preferred.
For candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, the annual base pay range for this role is $135,000 to $202,500 USD. Individual pay is determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
