Fireblocks is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team and play a critical role in scaling our revenue-driving organizations. This is a highly visible, consultative role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and is motivated by building scalable recruiting practices. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting while influencing hiring strategy through data, market insights, and a deep understanding of the GTM talent landscape.

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close, ensuring a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience. You will act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing), providing real-time market mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends to ensure our offers remain competitive. Building a "warm bench" of elite GTM talent will be essential, ensuring we have a ready-to-move pipeline for high-priority territories and roles before the need becomes urgent. Additionally, you will continuously iterate on recruiting processes, introducing creative and scalable solutions to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. Collaboration with Business Partners, People Ops, and Hiring Managers will be key to ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring process. Identifying and resolving recruiting bottlenecks proactively will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or crypto/blockchain sectors. A minimum of 3 years' experience hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, etc.) is required. Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leaders through trust, data, and sound judgment is essential. Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets is crucial. Experience using recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes is expected. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly as business needs evolve. Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (we use Greenhouse/Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) is necessary. Experience building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices at scale is highly valued.

For employees hired to work from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $140,000 - $175,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a competitive equity grant, and generous benefits.
