Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary
Rocket Lab Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a temporary 6-month position at their global headquarters in Long Beach, CA. This role is integral to the People & Culture team, focusing on recruiting top talent to support the company's mission of opening access to space to improve life on Earth. The position requires on-site presence and offers the potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the term.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and extending offers to candidates for critical roles. Responsibilities encompass building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, developing diverse talent pipelines, and utilizing the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to analyze key recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of full-time recruiting experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, particularly within the aerospace and defense industry, and a proven ability to recruit for engineering roles such as software, production, manufacturing, test, mechanical, electrical, systems, and propulsion. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The compensation for this role ranges from $40 to $60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
