Lightmatter is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the engineering efforts behind its AI and Chiplet Interconnect products. This role involves overseeing the silicon hardware engineering team from design through production, encompassing silicon development, packaging, assembly, and testing phases. The position is based in Mountain View, California, and offers a hybrid work environment.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for organizing and driving planning, scheduling, and daily execution to support Lightmatter's silicon, package, and systems development. Key duties include collaborating with engineering leads to estimate and prioritize tasks, developing project plans to align with business needs, managing project schedules and quality, identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating project meetings, and ensuring clear communication of project information to stakeholders. The role also involves engaging with vendors and customers in external programs.

Candidates should have over eight years of experience in semiconductor technologies, including participation in multiple tapeouts, and hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field. Experience with silicon design, packaging, and system semiconductor technologies is essential, along with hands-on experience in hardware program or project management. The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in program management tools such as MS-Project, Asana, or Smartsheet. Excellent communication and technical presentation skills are also necessary.

Lightmatter offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $167,000 to $250,000, determined based on location, experience, educational background, and market data.
