Metropolis is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Senior Technical Recruiting Coordinator to enhance and manage the end-to-end coordination function for our Technical Recruiting team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless hiring processes within a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to creating responsive artificial intelligence solutions for real-world applications.

The Senior Technical Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with recruiters to anticipate scheduling needs, manage pipeline flow, and align coordination strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating high-volume, multi-stage technical interviews across multiple time zones, resolving scheduling conflicts promptly, and maintaining accurate candidate data across systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, and Dayforce. Additionally, the role involves serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback collection.

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with over five years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments. Essential skills include the ability to make independent decisions within coordination areas, strong prioritization capabilities, and experience handling sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with industry trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques are also required.

Metropolis offers a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated hourly salary ranging from $28 to $38. The actual base salary will be determined based on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, experience, and location.
