Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer at Conga will lead the user experience design for complex, cross-functional product areas, focusing on intelligent and automated product experiences, including agentic workflows and conversational UI. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering teams to influence architecture decisions that impact user experience and contributing to the Phoenix design system to ensure consistency across products.

Key responsibilities include planning and conducting strategic user research, such as interviews, usability testing, and concept validation, to inform design decisions. The designer will define interaction patterns, communicate design strategies to stakeholders across leadership, engineering, and product teams, and mentor junior and mid-level designers to elevate best practices within the UX team.

Candidates should have over seven years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise or SaaS UX work. Experience designing AI-powered features, proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools are essential. A strong foundation in core UX methods and the ability to independently plan and conduct user research are also required.
