Senior Vice President Head of Product

Verra Mobility is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Product to lead the transformation of its product organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves overseeing the shift from a project-based, IT-centric execution model to a modern Product Operating Model. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams aligned with customer value streams, focusing on delivering innovative solutions for clients such as major rental car agencies, municipalities, and Departments of Transportation.

Key responsibilities include defining a unified product vision that integrates a diverse portfolio into a seamless, customer-centric ecosystem. The role requires transitioning the organization from sales-driven feature lists to problem-focused roadmaps, with success measured by business outcomes like customer retention and margin expansion. Additionally, the SVP will manage investments strategically, making decisions to optimize resources and prioritize growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of product leadership experience, including 5 years at the C-level or VP level in a medium-to-large public software or technology-enabled services company. A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Experience in complex B2B/B2G environments, IoT, Smart City, or FinTech is highly desirable. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of modern platform architecture and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to drive alignment across business units and functional partners.
