SEO Outreacher, Vietnam (12 Month Contract)
Canva is seeking an SEO Outreacher for a 12-month contract in Vietnam to enhance the company's online presence by building high-quality backlinks and exploring brand mention opportunities. The role involves collaborating with the Vietnam SEO Country Lead and the Global Outreach Lead to execute local strategies and contribute to global coordination. The successful candidate will be proactive, identifying opportunities, proposing optimizations, and solving problems resourcefully.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing link-building campaigns, researching and building prospect lists using Canva's frameworks, analyzing competitor backlink profiles, and prioritizing prospects based on relevance and authority. The role also involves writing personalized outreach emails, managing end-to-end outreach workflows, building authentic relationships with website owners and content creators, and maintaining detailed records of outreach activities. Ensuring all backlinks meet Canva's quality standards, monitoring link placements, and reporting monthly on progress are also essential tasks.
The ideal candidate will be a native Vietnamese speaker with business-level English proficiency and a deep understanding of Vietnam's digital publishing landscape. They should have 1-2 years of experience in link building, digital PR, content marketing, or related outreach-focused roles, along with familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential. Comfort with using AI tools for drafting, research, and analysis is also desirable.
