Service and Billing Intern
Experian is seeking a Service and Billing Intern to join our UK and EMEA Billing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This team is responsible for opening client accounts and providing access to our products across multiple platforms, ensuring all billing requirements are met. This full-time, 12-month contract position reports to the Service & Billing Supervisor.
In this role, you will apply pricing and fees to customer account schedules, review documentation, quality-check credit notes and manual invoices, and approve them in the system. You will also investigate and resolve the causes of credit notes, load invoicing files into the system while managing exceptions to ensure accuracy, and action account amendments such as pricing and customer details with proper documentation. Additionally, you will analyze requirements to ensure correct actions are taken.
The ideal candidate is a final-year student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. You should possess very good spoken and written English skills, experience in Microsoft Excel, and an interest in billing, finance operations, or process improvement. Availability to work full-time for a 12-month period is required.
