Service Desk Analyst
The Service Desk Analyst at Focus Financial Partners provides first and second-line technical support to end users, addressing a broad range of incidents and service requests. This role is integral to ensuring efficient service desk operations and maintaining high-quality customer service within the company's IT framework. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in the St. Louis office.
Key responsibilities include resolving standard to moderately complex incidents related to endpoint operating systems, identity and access basics, Microsoft 365 applications, printing, VPN, and network connectivity issues. The analyst will register, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and requests in ServiceNow, aiming for first-contact resolution where possible, and escalate unresolved issues within defined service levels while keeping customers informed of progress.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of IT support experience, primarily in a Service Desk or End-User Support role. Required skills include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or macOS, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform, supporting remote and distributed user environments, and proficiency in PC hardware troubleshooting are also essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset are necessary.
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $50,000 and $60,000. Actual base pay may vary based on factors such as experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, and the applicant's skill set. The compensation package includes an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
