This role is integral to the firm's ongoing efforts to enhance its IT operations through the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of ServiceNow applications across the organization.

In this position, the ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will be responsible for system administration tasks, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring of the ServiceNow platform. The role involves developing and managing workflows, integrations, approvals, and notifications to support the firm's IT operations. Additionally, the candidate will work on enhancing the IT Operations Management (ITOM) solution and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrations, ensuring they meet the firm's evolving needs.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in ServiceNow administration and development, with hands-on experience in system configuration, scripting, and integration. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs is essential. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, and familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is highly desirable. The candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
